AWA REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Refunds for Services Rendered

There will be No Refunds issued for any service that has been performed. Please refer to our General List of Disclaimers for your specific Service Type below.

Cancellations

All cancellations must occur PRIOR to Two (2) Days (48 hrs) of the scheduled appointment or class to be eligible for a refund. REFUNDS for any appointment or class cancelled outside of the cancellation window are completely up to the discretion of ownership and are NOT guaranteed.

**You must receive an acknowledgement email from me of your cancellation to be considered for a Refund**

There is a $10.00 Cancellation Fee for anyone eligible for a refund.
Anyone who Cancels at any time up until 1 hour prior to the service time may choose to reschedule for the exact same service once without penalty. The original funds paid will continue to be held and go toward the new service date. (The new date must be booked immediately and it must be scheduled to occur within the next 45 days.) There will only be a $10.00 charge if further reschedules are needed.
No Shows/No Calls/Those Who Do Not Have An Acknowledgment From Me Will Not Receive a Refund.

**Please make sure that I have either a number that I can text you or an email I can send confirmation of your Cancellation to.**

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received confirmation that you would receive a refund but haven’t received it yet, please do the following:

First check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at su*****@aw***********.com

eGift Card/Gift Cards are Not Returnable or Refundable nor are they Redeemable for Cash.

I understand that meditation, journeying & Akashic records access does not take the place of medical care. It is recommended that I see a licensed physician or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment I may have. I understand that guided meditation, journeying & Akashic records access may complement any medical or psychological care I may be receiving. I understand that light touch may be used, with my permission, during the guided meditation, journeying & Akashic records access induction process.
